1. What we collect

Information you send us. When you fill out the form on this site or book an audit, we collect what you type: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and anything you write about what you are running now.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics and advertising tools that collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you got here. See “Cookies and tracking” below.

2. How we use it

To contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. To run and measure our own advertising. To understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your information.

3. Cookies and tracking

Meta Pixel. This site uses the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure our own Facebook and Instagram advertising and to show ads to people who visited this site. Meta's use of that data is governed by Meta's privacy policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Google Analytics 4. We use GA4 to see which pages are visited and how people move through the site. Google's use of that data is governed by Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

No health, financial, or other sensitive information is collected on this site or passed to these tools.

4. Where your information goes

Form submissions and bookings are stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel) so we can follow up. Analytics and advertising data go to Meta and Google as described above. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes requests to serve the site. We do not share your information with anyone else except as required by law.

5. Texts and calls

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

6. How long we keep it

We keep form and booking information for as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement plus [RETENTION PERIOD]. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing at any time by emailing [EMAIL]. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
