Case studies

Built by the Webaroo family.

Four projects, with the story behind each one: what the client had, what we built, and what happened.

In one paragraph

Webaroo Media's case studies cover work by the Webaroo family: R3 Motorcars, an exotic car dealer in Naples, FL, whose account grew by 20,000 followers in six months on weekly social content shot by the production team; TICKR Energy, a consumer beverage brand launch designed as a trading terminal; Vluxure, a luxury members club with a public site, membership application and member app that Webaroo still runs; and K Kircher Home, an ecommerce operation with a custom shipping engine across about 1,900 SKUs. Each one lists what the client had, what was built, and what happened.

01The work

The story behind each one.

  1. Social content · Exotic car dealer · Naples, FL

    R3 Motorcars

20,000 followers. Ten cars sold. Six months.

The inventory was world-class, but a phone photo of a $600K Ferrari doesn't sell it. Our production team shot the floor every week. Each car got eight composed carousel slides plus reels, delivered in a folder ready to post. In six months the account grew by 20,000 followers, and more than ten cars sold to buyers who found them on social first.

    The situation
World-class inventory, phone photos. A $600K Ferrari shot on a phone does not sell.
    What we did
Our production team shot the floor every week. Eight composed carousel slides plus reels per car, delivered in a folder ready to post.
    What happened
20,000 new followers in six months, and more than ten cars sold to buyers who found them on social first.
  2. Brand launch · Consumer beverage

    TICKR Energy

Everything before the first can ships: brand identity, the launch site, marketing, and the business behind it. We designed TICKR as a trading terminal. Every flavor is a ticker symbol, the nutrition panel reads like a fundamentals filing, and a watchlist builds demand before launch.

    Launching January 2027
TICKR Energy launch site, styled as a dark trading terminal with a rising candlestick chart behind the headline and three red cans of Breakout Berry
    The situation
A beverage brand with everything still to build before the first can ships.
    What we did
Brand identity, the launch site, marketing, and the business behind it, designed as a trading terminal: flavors as ticker symbols, a nutrition panel that reads like a fundamentals filing.
    What happened
A watchlist building demand ahead of the January 2027 launch.
  3. Luxury members club

    Vluxure

A members-only club needs to feel exclusive from the first click. We built the public brand site and membership application, plus the member app where every request, from travel to dining to events, lives in one thread from ask to itinerary.

  4. Ecommerce operations

    K Kircher Home

A custom shipping engine across ~1,900 SKUs that replaced ShipperHQ. Live in one week and paying for itself in saved fees from day one.

Around 1,900 SKUs shipping through ShipperHQ.
